Mobile App FAQ
Do I have to update the mobile app and the website separately?
No. We integrate the commonly updated pages from your website right into the app such as the News, Calendar, Events, and Lunch Menu pages. We can integrate with existing websites although the integration with our websites is nearly seamless.

What is the difference between a mobile app and a mobile website?
A mobile app is an application that the user downloads from the Apple iTunes store or the Android Google Play store. The application button will remain on their phone as a reminder of your school. The user does not have to open the web browser or remember your website URL. They simply open the app with a touch of the button.
A mobile website is a website that adjusts itself for better viewing on mobile devices. The user will still go to the website using a browser such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer. Almost all websites should be mobile friendly nowadays.
Our websites are mobile friendly. We also offer the stand alone mobile app. Many companies offer a mobile friendly website so don't confuse a mobile friendly website with a mobile application.

Why have a mobile app if you have a mobile friendly website already? Can't people just go to the website?
The main difference here has to do with how pro active you'd like to be in reaching and communicating with your parents, students, and prospective families. A website requires the user to open their browser and type in your website address (if they know it). The website is fairly static and expects the user to come to you.
A mobile app has a few great features that bring the content to the people. Here are some reasons to have a mobile app.
1) A mobile app has a built in push notification system. You can send push notifications
