Mobile Friendly Submission Log Students can submit service hours right from their phone, tablet, or computer at the site of the service project Hour Verification We have three methods for hour verification. The moderator can enter a secret PIN on the form which only the moderator and the admin know. The moderator can sign right on the phone, tablet, or computer screen with our signature field, or the student can capture a photo of himself/herself at the service event. You may use any or all of these verification features. Hour Calculations Never calculate hour totals again! Our software automatically totals hours for each student. You can even run reports to view hour totals for certain periods of time. Student Data Easily search for students by name, total hours, total projects, graduation year, and more. Once you find a student, you can view all of his/her service project logs with moderator signature, photos, and more. Easily make edits to or delete logs if you need to. If necessary, you can export data to a CSV(excel) file. Cloud Based The entire program is based in the cloud (on the internet), so you have no need to download software or be chained to any one computer to view data or run reports. |
